Blue Butterfly creates personalized products based on the information, inspiration, colors, wording, and other details you provide. Because every custom project is different, completely custom orders are reviewed and quoted individually.
Quotes & Payment
Submitting a Custom Order Request does not place an order, guarantee availability, or reserve a production date. Your order is confirmed only after Blue Butterfly reviews the request, you approve the quote, and required payment is received.
Design Details
Please provide all names, dates, wording, colors, themes, and special requests as accurately as possible. Customers are responsible for checking spelling and customization details before submitting them.
Design Proofs
If a proof is requested or required, production will not begin until approval is received. Requested changes may extend turnaround time. Once a proof is approved, changes may require an additional design fee and may not be possible after production begins.
Photos, Logos & Artwork
Customers should provide clear, high-quality files whenever possible and must have permission to use any photos, logos, or artwork they submit. Blue Butterfly may decline artwork that cannot be reproduced clearly or appropriately.
Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled before design work or production begins, subject to any non-refundable design work already completed. Once production has started, custom orders are generally final sale.
Final Product
Minor differences in color, placement, and appearance may occur because screens display colors differently and each item is individually produced. These normal production variations are not considered defects.
