Have an idea you want Blue Butterfly to bring to life? Use this page to request a completely custom order and receive a personalized quote before you pay.
How it works:
- Submit your contact information and custom-order details using the form below.
- Blue Butterfly reviews your request, quantity, design complexity, and requested date.
- We contact you if we need additional information, photos, logos, or inspiration images.
- You receive a custom quote.
- If you approve the quote, we send you an invoice/payment link before production begins.

Product: What would you like customized? (Example: 20 oz tumbler, 40 oz tumbler, mug, T-shirt, hoodie, gift set, etc.)
Quantity: How many do you need?
Name or Exact Wording: Enter any name, phrase, quote, date, or wording exactly as it should appear.
Theme / Design Idea: Describe the look you want. Examples include profession, school, sports, birthday, zodiac, faith-based, memorial, business, or another theme.
Preferred Colors: List any colors you want included. If you are open to designer choice, write “Designer Choice.”
Special Requests: Tell us about any specific images, layout ideas, details, or elements that must be included.
Date Needed: Tell us when you need the finished item. Rush availability is not guaranteed.
Delivery Preference: Shipping or local pickup?
Design Proof: Would you like to approve a proof before production? Yes or No.
Have photos, logos, or inspiration images? Submit the request first. We’ll contact you with instructions for sending your files.
Important: Submitting this form is a request for a quote and does not place an order or reserve a production date. Your order is confirmed only after you approve the quote and payment is received.
