Blue Butterfly offers shipping and may offer local pickup on eligible orders. Available delivery options will be confirmed at checkout or when a custom quote is approved.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items are generally prepared within 2–4 business days. Custom and made-to-order items generally require 7–10 business days for production after payment and any required design approval are received.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time. During holidays, large custom orders, or high-volume periods, additional processing time may be needed.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Blue Butterfly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available for your order, you will receive pickup instructions after your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.
Pickup times and locations may vary and will be arranged or confirmed by Blue Butterfly.
