We want every Blue Butterfly order to be made carefully, not rushed through production. The timelines below are general estimates and may vary based on order size, design complexity, product availability, and seasonal demand.
Standard Turnaround
Ready-to-ship items: generally 2–4 business days before shipment or pickup.
Custom and made-to-order items: generally 7–10 business days after payment and any required design approval are received.
Shipping transit time is additional and is controlled by the carrier.
Needed-By Dates
If you need an item for a specific date, please include that date when placing or requesting your order. Providing a needed-by date does not guarantee that the order can be completed by that date. Blue Butterfly will confirm whether the timeline can be accommodated.
Rush Orders
Rush service may be available depending on the product, design complexity, current workload, and supply availability. Rush orders may include an additional fee that will be disclosed before payment.
Please do not submit payment for a custom rush order until Blue Butterfly confirms that the requested deadline can be met.
Delays
Turnaround may be extended if we are waiting for customer responses, design approval, missing customization information, product restocks, or circumstances outside our control.
